Legal status of a civil servant

The position of the civil servant is (still) very different from that of employees in the private sector. With the adoption of the Standardisation of Civil Servants’ Legal Status Act, this difference will decrease in the near future. We also assist civil servants in the event of dismissal, assessment processes, job changes, disrupted relationships, reorganisations, etc. Although the formal framework is of a somewhat mandatory nature in civil-service law, we will do the utmost to achieve a practical solution, if it is in your interest to do so.
